A Mom and Pop Shop

   Our company has been in business since May of 1998 and in the auto glass retail industry since 1988.  We are a family owned and operated business, a true "Mom and Pop Shop" based out of Chandler, AZ.  We started with not much more than a solid work ethic and a desire to give our customers a truly exceptional experience from the first phone call to the finished product.
   We have some key values that we believe wholeheartedly in. They are integrity, old fashioned work ethic, and friendly customer service. You will be very pleased with us from start to finish.
    We are proud Preferred Shop Affiliates for all major insurance companies, and we honor and accept the pricing structure of each of them. We have signed contracts with each of them.
     One other thing being a Preferred Shop Affiliate means is your insurance company has faith in our work, and they also will back up our warranty for as long as you own your vehicle.
    We would be most happy to call your glass claim in with you. It's easier that way.

OUR WARRANTY

      We warranty ALL workmanship and ALL materials for as long as you own or lease your vehicle. This covers the following: air leaks, water leaks, molding problems, distortions or separations in glass, stress cracks, or problems with the rear view mirror or any other glass accessories.
 
Our record with the Better Business Bureau is impeccable, and we aim to keep it that way.
 
     Our warranty regarding CHIP REPAIRS is as follows: We warranty repairs for the cost of the repair only in the event you are unsatisfied. If your insurance company paid for the repair, we will credit the cost  to the insurance company. We will not install a new windshield or pay for a new windshield should the repair process fail.
