“Wow!!! I found my go-to auto glass replacement place!! Mountainside was wonderful to work with!! They came to my house, were very friendly and accommodating, managed the insurance claim for me, worked on the car in the heat of the day and then went the extra mile by making a second trip out to my house to replace the moldings that had been glued in by the company that replaced the windshield three years ago. They communicated with me during every step and were just easy to work with. This is my only car with full coverage, but when the others need glass replacement, I’m so glad I know who to call now!! “I called Mountainside just before 3:00 today about a rear window replacement on my wife’s minivan. Spent a few minutes on the phone while they verified that they could get the right glass today. They had it in stock and committed to having someone out to replace it sometime after 5:00. I got a text at 4:30 that the tech was on his way. He arrived before 5 and got it replaced, including cleaning up all of the glass and vacuuming the entire vehicle (floors and seats). We were absolutely thrilled with the repair and service! When I called and spoke to Debra, she asked how I heard of Mountainside. I said that it was the 5 star rating on Yelp, and she said “we worked very hard for that!”. She wasn’t exaggerating, their service exceeded my expectations and I will gladly recommend them to anyone needing glass repair.”

“I have to tell you that this was the best windshield service we ever had.
1st call contact was amazing. The tech was courteous and my husband came home during the install and said he was very nice and HE VACCUMED MY TRUCK! OMG who would have expected that? The tech changed the employee sticker to the new windshield and removed what was covering the vin number, even laid lost pennies on the seat and then this follow up email just to make sure that everything went well...

“Jesse is great. I called today and he was able to come out today to our home and replace the windshield on one car and fix the chip on another car. The new windshield looks beautiful, especially compared to what was on there. Jesse took away the old windshield and totally cleaned up not only the stuff that came out from the old windshield, but he vacuumed the car, cleaned ALL the windows. This is going way above and beyond. The chip in the other car, well, I can no longer tell there was even a chip there and I didn’t even know you could do that. In past years when I had other chips filled by glass companies at the car wash, you can still tell the chip is there and often, it doesn’t look like anything was done. Anyway, Jesse left both cars looking much better than with what he started with. He’s very friendly and professional. Will use him for future car glass needs. Thank you so much, Jesse!!! “These guys are awesome. Professional and courteous, they replaced the glass in my new truck in short order. I am a very detailed oriented person and expect everyone treat my property as it is their own. Mountainside does just that, when they were done, I couldn’t tell my vehicle had been worked on except for the fact the cracked glass was gone. I’ve had other companies around the valley replace glass for me previously and do a “good” job, but Mountainside does a superior job!”
“Very impressed! I am pretty picking and had a bad experience with another well known glass replacement company. Debra is so professional and got me scheduled in quickly. She follows up and keeps you in the loop. Jessie came out and he is a perfectionist. The windshield looks great and the OEM Pilkington glass looks like much better quality than you get from others.

“Awesome! Had a crack in wife’s windshield. Called insurance co first thing, best they could do is get someone out the following day. After reading reviews about Mountainside on yelp, I decided to see if they could do any better. Not only were they able to come out the same day, but the price was almost 40% less than the “deal” my insurance company got me through a big name glass company. Jesse and his assistant came out within a few hours of my call (well between the noon and 3 promise time) and took care of the issue professionally. He also mentioned that he did some additional work (at no charge) to help with possible wind noise issues in the future due to the factory sealant used which degrades over time due to the phoenix temperatures. I would highly recommend this business and will make sure they will be called the next time I need auto glass service. Thanks guys Great work”
“As I am apparently a magnet for rock chips to my windshield, I contacted Mountainside for a repair today. Debra was able to easily facilitate contacting my insurance company to get the repair covered. Jesse came to my house pretty promptly afterwards to do the repair. He did an excellent job. This is the 5th chip repair to this windshield, so not a new experience for me. The previous ones were when I lived in NC. Amazing overall experience! Same day service that comes to you, can’t beat that. With my luck, I’m sure I will need them again in the future and won’t hesitate to give them a call. I can’t tell you how many calls we get soliciting windshield replacement, with all kinds of enticements — gift cards, dinners, trips, etc. Last time we needed replacement we chose one of the big-name companies — and they did a TERRIBLE job. Whenever I drove on the freeway the air coming around my windshield whistled because of the gaps in the adhesive. This time we took the advice of our wonderful mechanic and went local — with Mountainside. Jesse (the owner) arrived promptly and was very friendly. He replaced both our windshields — taking time to show me why I’d had the whistle and dust problem since the last job. and making sure to remove the moulding before installing the windshield, while our last tech had just squirted some adhesive under the moulding and shoved the windshield underneath. Jesse even VACUUMMED both vehicles and cleaned up all signs that he’d been there. Mountainside is a local (Chandler) family-owned company. Jesse and his wife run all aspects of the business themselves, and they have excellent, friendly customer service to boot. They worked with our insurance company regarding our coverage, so the whole experience was absolutely no-hassle for us. Stay away from the big guys, buy local! I’d recommend them most highly for windshield replacement.”
“Called State Farm to see what companies they like and they gave me 4. Mountainside was the 4th company they gave me. I looked each company up on Yelp and Mountainside was the only one that had all 5 star detailed reviews. So, I gave them a call. Got Jesse. Scheduled for Jesse to come out late in the day. Jesse was on time, very professional. He prepped my dad’s car to replace the windshield. Took out the old glass, cleaned things up, put in the new windshield, which was much better than the one he replaced. He cleaned everything up really well, and went beyond that in clean up in vacuuming out my dad’s car. Everything looked and was perfect. Jesse was very friendly and professional.Also, I had Jesse take a look at a chip in another car of our’s and he fixed that chip beautifully. My husband had had a rock hit it on the freeway the week before and Jesse did such an incredible job, that he made the chip totally disappear. We were going to be going on vacation in the mountains with higher and below freezing temps, so we didn’t want to chance a crack in the windshield.Jesse also vacuumed out this car, too and did a great job cleaning up everything. Jesse left things a lot nicer than when he found it and I was thoroughly impressed at how much care and efficiency he took in doing his work and doing the job right. I’m so glad I read these reviews on Yelp and chose him. He did an excellent job.His wife, later that evening, sent me the invoice via email, which is what I asked for. Very glad. Would greatly recommend them and so glad we didn’t go with the sales gimmicky thing the other company with bad reviews offered.It’s been a little over 2 weeks since he did the work on these two cars and things are great.
